Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Metro Manila and Cavite only. Use the address checker below to confirm your city.
How delivery works
Deliveries are made by Lalamove, an independent courier. The fee is calculated at checkout from your address and map pin and shown before you pay. Once your bouquet is on its way you'll get a live tracking link by email and on your order page.
Lead time and cut-off
- Minimum 2 days' notice — an order placed today can be delivered from the day after tomorrow.
- Daily cut-off is 3:00 PM (Philippine time). Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM move the earliest date back by one day.
- Some dates may be fully booked; these are greyed out in the calendar.
Preferred delivery time
Choose a preferred time window at checkout. Preferred delivery time is an estimate only and not an exact delivery time. Actual arrival depends on courier availability, traffic and weather.
Please make sure
- The map pin is on the exact delivery spot and the landmark is helpful.
- The recipient's number is correct and reachable on the day.
- Someone can receive the bouquet. Chocolate is heat-sensitive — keep it out of the sun.
Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or an unavailable recipient are not refundable; re-delivery is charged at the courier's rate. See our No Refund Policy.
Pickup
Free pickup is available at Bacoor, Cavite (exact address sent after payment). Pickup follows the same 2-day lead time and 3:00 PM cut-off; choose your date and preferred time at checkout.
