Allei meets Aeli respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address and mobile number.
• Delivery details: recipient name and number, address, map pin, landmark, and your gift message.
• Order details: items, dates, amounts and order history.
• Account details if you register: name, email, phone and a securely hashed password.
• Technical data: essential cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working, and basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security.

We do not collect or store card numbers or e-wallet credentials — those go directly to PayMongo.

Why we use it

To take, prepare and deliver your order; to send order confirmations and status updates; to answer enquiries; to prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We will only send marketing if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs to do their job:

• PayMongo — payment processing.
• Lalamove — the sender and recipient names, numbers, address and map pin needed to deliver.
• Email provider — to send order emails.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the site. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as required by tax law (generally 10 years under BIR rules). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Cart and session cookies expire automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise these rights, contact us below.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls for our staff.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one for your shopping cart and one to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
